Optimize your stats:

– This week the squad who provided the most players to the team is ADO Den Haag; providing three duelists to the team.

– The best scoring player this week is Milan van Ewijk who won 14 ground duels this week. More impressively he did this with a win-rate of 88%. He also won the most duels when compared to the most successful duelists of the Bundesliga, Serie A, La Liga and Ligue 1 last week.

– Two players on the team won a 100% of the ground duels they engaged in: the goalkeeper: Nick Marsman and the left center back: Wessel Dammers. Dammers is the player with the highest amount of ground duels won while maintaining a 100% win-rate.

– We can also look at defensive duels won. In this case Kik Pierie would come out on top with 11 defensive duels won. Pierie is closely followed bij the teams van Ewijk who won 10 defensive duels.

– Another statistic we can focus on is attacking duels won. The highest scorer in that regard is the teams left winger, Evangelos Pavlidis with 9 duels won on the offensive.

ORTEC Sports Tactic Tree

The ORTEC Sports Team of the Week is released every Monday and will present the best performing players on a specific aspect of the Tactic Tree. The Tactic Tree is used to categorize statistics into the two main stages of a game: ‘being in possession’ and the counterpart ‘possession opponent’, both divided into 4 subcategories.

Every week we pick one statistic that is used in a subcategory and based on that statistic the best scoring players on each position will be presented in the team of the week.
